New From BlueLaVaMedia (A Traverse City Drone & Photography Service) Interior Drone Fly-Throughs & Professional Headshots (not at the same time)

traverse city drone serviceWe are very excited to announce our two new service offerings to our loyal customers at BlueLaVaMedia, LLC. Over the past year we have had dozens of requests to capture interior video with our drones and create an elegant HD video walkthrough that can then be played back in our interactive virtual tour player just like we do with our aerial drone footage. We are happy to inform our customers that we are officially offering this new service and it looks amazing!

Take a look at our most recent production that includes our advanced HTML 5 virtual tour player, aerial drone still photos and, of course, our all new Interior Drone Fly-Through – https://fusion.realtourvision.com/862074

Our Interior Drone Fly-Through is now available as an add-on for $150 and must be ordered with a BlueLaVaMedia photography or Aerial Drone package. It is currently only available as an “Add-On” but that might change for next year depending on interest level and popularity.

Next up on our list of announcements is our new “Professional Headshot” service. It’s no secret that some of the very best portrait, architectural, and wedding photographers in Traverse City work for team BlueLaVaMedia, so it only makes sense for us also to offer real estate headshots at a competitive rate. Our new Professional Headshot services start at $225 for one person and are as low as $100 per person with volume orders.

If you’re looking for the most advanced company to work with that is sure to give you the best photos in town with a marketing punch, look no further. BlueLaVaMedia is on track to photograph nearly a thousand homes this year as well as hundreds of vacation rentals and many local businesses. Fusion Experience HTML 5 & RTV News

Great news Real Tour Vision fans; the all new HTML 5 Fusion Experience virtual tour player is here. Say hello to this responsive, fast loading, incredibly attractive, versatile tour player launched by Real Tour Vision virtual tour software company at the end of last year. We are still programming in the finishing touches, but if you have not taken the new Fusion Experience player for a ‘spin’ you should give it a try. Those of you looking for a game changer this year, here it is! Jim Blue and I soft launched this here in Traverse City, MI via phones, tablets and desktop computers and the consensus is that our new Fusion Experience player is the nicest interface they had ever seen and used. Your customers are in for a techy treat!

The team worked very hard last year to take both of our Flash-based interactive virtual tour players and convert them to HTML 5. We have done that and added several improvements along the way. As of right now you can deliver your virtual tour URL’s in HTML 5 to your customers right from your RTV Tour Manager. Watch this video message from Jason LaVanture, RTV’s Co-Founder and VP – https://youtu.be/dadYhjLaxpQ

We are very excited for you to make use of the advanced features that Fusion Experience brings to the table such as custom themes and loader screens without enduring the slower load times that are associated with the Flash version. When it comes to HTML 5 virtual tour players, we are ahead of the curve and leading the way!

RTV System Updates – Seamless Matterport, YouTube, Vimeo & Third Party Embed!

Hello there and thanks for checking in here for our virtual tour technology updates. Our programming team has been bustling over the last several days working on bringing our HTML 5 player out of Beta and into full production mode. We are so close now! Tyler has a few more fixes to address as well as wrap up our Floor Plans and we will officially call our Fusion SLIM HTML 5 player done. You are going to love the new Floor Plan deployment on HTML 5 too by the way. We will be offering you three ways to experience Fusion floor plans ranging from an overlay on the image as we have now, to a pull out from the side of the tour window, and finally, we will introduce to you an all-new split screen look. It’s going to be awesome! Russ is in the process of wrapping up Fusion Experience in HTML 5 and then he and Tyler are off to integrate Fusion Site! (What is Fusion Site??? — You will have to wait and see!!)  Watch the video below to see some of these updates in action!

Here’s a full list of virtual tour software updates that hit last week:

Improved HTML 5 Playback / Transition – A new and highly improved transition was introduced to the HTML 5 virtual tour player as well as a more advanced Pre-loader to assist on slower 3G and 4G connections. Check it out – http://fusion.realtourvision.com/tour.php?tourid=704119&html5=1

Seamless Third Party Embed – Calling all Matterport and Aerial Drone Operators!!! Are you looking to embed third party content into the Fusion player so you can take advantage of music, narration, weekly traffic reports and all the other bells and whistles that Fusion has to offer? Our latest update to “Embed Third Party Media” finally delivers it all! The team has taken the leap to a full seamless integration of third-party media. We encourage you all to embed your Matterport productions, HD Youtube or Vimeo videos, Google Streetview tours or even 360 video! Here is a tour example with Matterport integration – http://fusion.realtourvision.com/tour.php?tourid=932387&html5=1 & here is a virtual tour with an embedded Aerial Drone video – http://fusion.realtourvision.com/tour.php?tourid=469165&html5=1

Older Apple iOS support for sounds – We are proud to now support all of our virtual tour sounds including music and narrations on legacy iOS versions.

Ken Burns Improvements -We have improved Ken Burns transitions yet again for both desktop and on mobile devices.  If you have not yet taken a look at our new Ken Burns on mobile you really should!  It’s a setting in your buttons editor that is currently defaulting to off. Try it out today!

Stay tuned team and thank you all for your support! It’s been a great year full of virtual tour software updates and new tech. The year is not over yet!! Some of the very best is yet to roll out here in the fourth quarter. It’s your support and dedication to our brand that allows us to remain so competitive.

Say Hello to Media Gallery & More Virtual Tour Software Updates!

virtual tour galleryIt’s a square; it’s four squares! It’s RTV’s new media gallery!  Let’s dive right in here and let you take it for a test drive! Check it out – http://fusion.realtourvision.com/tour.php?tourid=327951&html5=1#tourgallery  Here’s a short video that talks about our new Media Gallery as well as a few other important virtual tour software updates from Real Tour Vision – https://youtu.be/vmkje-gRSYY
What makes the Media Gallery so unique is that we give it to you in your Deliverables section as its own delivery link.  If you have a customer that would prefer this style of a virtual tour over the others you can deliver it as a stand-alone product!

The Media Gallery has been fully integrated into our HTML 5 virtual tour player and shows up to the right of the player controls and is shaped like a Square made up of four square boxes. Just like a gallery!  You’ll notice the responsive nature of the Media Gallery right away and it performs exceptionally well on phones, devices, iPads and even looks great on a desktop computer.   We’ve taken the liberty here to add “View in Tour” links to the Media Gallery so users can be looking at a thumbnail of a panorama and instantly ‘JUMP’ into the interactive virtual tour by clicking the “View in Tour” button.

The Media Gallery displays all forms of virtual tour media and even plays back third party embedded media such as Vimeo, YouTube, or Matterport productions.  It’s pretty slick!

By default, we have turned your media gallery ON for all of your virtual tours and you can find the controls for this in the “Buttons” sections of your virtual tour manager.   If for some reason you would like it turned off you can do this by editing your buttons.  Enjoy the new technology and stay tuned for the launch of our new HTML 5 Fusion Experience player.  It’s almost done!!!

Sincerely,

Team RTV
