Ithaca Virtual Tours Photography Guarantee

My virtual tour business, Ithaca Virtual Tours, is a full service virtual tour company in Ithaca, NY.

Upstate New York has a reputation for cold, gray, dreary winters – not necessarily the best season for marketing real estate properties and businesses.

My clients, of course, want their properties shown to their best advantage regardless of the season, so I offer them this; if the property hasn’t sold before May 15, I will at no additional charge, re-photograph the exterior views of the property. Furthermore, if the real estate agent has summer photos of the property, I will add up to 4 summer stills to the real estate virtual tour, again, at no additional charge.

The response has been gratifying – agents feel that their risk has been removed, and they are more comfortable using our virtual tour service even in the worst part of winter. Our business has increased and our clients are happy.

And here is the kicker. How many times have I had to actually DO the extra virtual tour photography? Never. A least, not yet. All of the real estate properties have sold BEFORE mid May.

Yes, I have had to re-photograph commercial buildings in better weather, to their delight. When a business owner sees that you cheerfully deliver on your promises, word spreads.

Tehachapi Virtual Tour Company Sets the Standards

Over the last two years our California virtual tour company has introduced many real estate agents to the value of high quality virtual tours. The surprising thing is, as many times as we have told the story and shown the examples, we get the same reaction, “Wow those are the most incredible videos!”. When we explain that the whole tour is made up of photos, they are even more stunned.

In our small community we have enjoyed the benefit of being the leading virtual tour provider and have set the standard for others to attempt to achieve thanks to the quality of Real Tour Vision virtual tours. As other areas have seen over the last year and a half it has been a challenge to properly market the higher end real estate listings.

From our view point there is little question where to start. The virtual tour is step one. Our 360 virtual tours offer several avenues for an agent marketing a listing. Emailing virtual tour links to other agents to view the home, emailing tours to prospective clients, posting the tour on fliers, adding the virtual tour to all advertising, using the tour as a listing website, etc. All of these utilize the one marketing tool – high quality turn key virtual tours that we produce using Real Tour Vision software. What other marketing tool can you get so much bang for the buck? And we didn’t even touch on the good will it creates for the client who loves to brag to their friends and family what their agent has done for them.

Yet with all these options available we are always surprised the number of agents who still have not found this special tool. I guess that is what is so great, the opportunities just continue to pop up.

Oh, and the best compliment of all is- “ Hey David, we just put Bear Valley Rd in escrow and it was thanks to the virtual tour.” I love hearing that!

The Power of Blogging

At Lawrence Virtual Tour, we put our efforts towards providing the best virtual tours in the Lawrence, Topeka and Overland Park, Kansas area and not so much in advertising online. We are not search engine optimization (SEO) Internet experts and even though we tried to do some of the things that was recommended to improve our ranking on the search engines nothing has worked like BLOGGING.

We tried to add the geographic keyword (email from Sheryl back in November) but after we found our geographical coordinates, we could not enter them in our webpage. So we gave up, preferring the good old “pick up the phone” method for people to find our virtual tour company website. Well, guess what? After only three blogs we are ranked number one and two on Google.com and number three on Yahoo.com when you type in: Lawrence Virtual Tour. Try it! You will find us (and improve our ranking!!!) Thank you in advance :-).

My advice to you is to pick the first sentence (where you will type your virtual tour company name) very carefully, because it is often part of short description that the search engine finds, and this description will be the key factor for the Internet user to decide to visit or not your website.

On my first blog, I wrote:
“… Anyway, here I am, driving to my first virtual tour in Lawrence, KS and boy oh boy was I feeling the pressure…” as I was telling my story about my first virtual tour. Not very glamorous or professional. This is not as good as what this one will look like (read my first sentence again!!!)…

Blog it up fellow RTV providers! You have nothing to lose.

Virtual Tour Technology Encourages Visits to Brandywine Valley

Press Release: Local Bed & Breakfast Launches Virtual Tour
Latest Technology Encourages visits to Brandywine Valley.

AVONDALE, PA, January 31, 2008: How can visitors to the Brandywine Valley tour this beautiful, historic Bed and Breakfast at Walnut Hill without leaving home? Simply log on to Bed and Breakfast at Walnut Hill’s new “virtual tour.”

Sandy and Tom Mills, the B and B’s innkeepers, recently launched the virtual tour as part of their marketing efforts for 2008. This exciting new technology showcases Walnut Hill as a lovely accommodation for visitors to the beautiful Brandywine Valley.

“We were delighted with the finished product,” Sandy Mills said. “As we enter the twenty third year of innkeeping, we look forward to a banner year as a result of this virtual tour.”

The Mills chose VirtualToursCompany.com to create, build and power their virtual tour. Lancaster County photographer George Sheldon photographed and made the images used on the virtual tour.

“We developed this new feature to promote interest in our B and B,” explained Tom Mills, who manages the computer and technology used to market the couple’s bed and breakfast. “All the features of our property are represented here, which makes our virtual tour a way for guests to appreciate the quiet setting of this Chester County farmhouse and its proximity to all of the area’s major attractions.
