RTV Launches T4 – Top Tier Tour Track Program!

RTV, Inc is proud to officially announce the start of our Tour Tier Tour Track Program that will be called T4.  T4 utilizes only the very best professional photographers within the RTV photography network to acquire national accounts that are seeking the highest quality photography and that are willing to pay a higher fee for such a service.

T4 will have many requirements and will also be a limited opportunity within the RTV network.

To apply for T4 status start off by attending our short webinar this Thursday (8-21-14) evening at 7:00 PM Eastern. Please check your email for an email invitation to the event.

Contagious Selling

After months on the road for our national virtual tour company, we are finally getting to spend a week home and while we are here, we are going to have a chance to work with two new Realtors with our Quincy, IL virtual tour company.  I was just confirming details with one of them today and she explained why she chose us.  It seems that when we talked about working together, I told her that I was excited to be working with her.

If you know me, then that’s not a big surprise.  In fact, I don’t even remember saying it but it’s certainly true.  We have such a passion for what we do and I get giddy when I get to introduce our virtual tour services to someone new.  We love that we get to make a living doing something we love but we also honestly believe that what we do makes a huge impact on the lives of the people we serve.

So many of our clients are repeat customers that we’ve done business with for years and while we value and appreciate that business, dealing with a new client re-invigorates and re-energizes me.  As I get to tell someone new about what we do and how we do it, I sell myself all over again!  In addition to offering spectacular photography, we also get to provide marketing assistance.  We aren’t just in the home or business to take pictures for our virtual tour business but we are in the home to meet new people, make new connections and share our experience and insights.

So YES, I am excited about working with this new client to provide real estate virtual tours.  I am excited about getting to photograph a 7,500 square foot historic home in our beautiful home town of Quincy, IL.  I am excited that I get to work with my husband every single day.  I am excited that my mother in law does such a great job with our local real estate virtual tour business that we are able to travel all over the country doing what we love.

But mostly, I am excited that my passion for what we do is something that is contagious.  In fact, this client told me that the reason she referred me to a fellow realtor was because of that one statement, “I am excited to be working with you”.  She said that she is going to start telling her clients those words because after all, what could be more exciting than getting to do something you love!

Welcome to the Family – The Virutal Tour Family

Yesterday on our virtual tour photography Facebook group, a new virtual tour provider was introducing himself and thanking the group for providing valuable information.  One of the challenges of our national virtual tour business is that we live in our own little world and other than the annual conference, we rarely see other virtual tour providers.

Unlike my entrepreneur husband, I came from the corporate world where 60% of the day was spent interacting with co-workers and 40% was spent actually doing my job.  The incessant interruptions were annoying at times but what I miss from those days is the camaraderie, the interaction and most of all the chance to soak up the knowledge and experience of my peers.

One of the benefits of being a virtual tour provider through RTV is that we get a chance to have that esprit d’corp even though many of us will never meet face to face.  We have a forum where we can exchange ideas, share our frustrations and challenges and celebrate each others accomplishments.  We mourned the loss of two of our pioneers in the past year and even though most of us had never met these two giants face to face, few of us had not been touched in some way by their influence.

I read a quote in a blog today that said, “The right mentor-protege relationship is the most efficient and fastest way to learn.”  RTV not only provides us with the best virtual tour software, but also with mentoring when we are new and then provides us the opportunity to give back to our fellow providers as our skills and experience increase.  As new people come in, they bring fresh perspective and original ideas and we all gain new insight and excitement about our chosen field.

Thanks Taylor for reminding me of why we love being a part of the RTV family and we look forward to learning from you as you grow in this amazing venture you have chosen to embark upon.
