Tour Track Spring Cleaning

Order virtual tours from RTV virtual tour providersHey RTV…Some Updates Are Needed

RTV prides itself on offering full coverage virtual tours throughout the United States for our national clients. In order to cut down on mileage costs and provide faster service for our national accounts we are remapping coverage areas for our photographers. Any places where we see “holes” we are going to try and fill.

In order to get placed accurately on the new coverage map please email tourtrack((AT))realtourvision.com using the subject line My Coverage Area. I need to know how many miles you will travel before you charge RTV a fee. Specifically, how far would you travel, with no mileage fee, for a $100 payout? Please put in the round trip mileage and I will add that into your account.

With this new information RTV will be able to get our clients the quickest service possible while maintaining our low prices. I would like this info from everyone, even if you haven’t been sent a Tour Track order yet. We place new orders daily, all over the country, so I want the info ready when they come in!

Thanks Team!

Homes in the Midwest | South Dakota Virtual Tours

Well, as one of the newest “RTV providers” I must say “Thank You” to the RTV Staff for their patience and assistance during my South Dakota virtual tour company start up.  I have learned so much in the past few weeks that my mind is so full of data, I wish I had a sort button to sort it all out and put it into files for future use.

Purchasing the RTV Virtual Tour Software and becoming a member of the World’s largest virtual tour network has given me the opportunity I needed to advance in my career.  I am excited to be an RTV representative and look forward to working with their virtual tour company Staff and all of the other RTV providers around the globe.

This business is not just about taking “pictures” for virtual tours.  It is about producing a quality product for thousands of customers and millions of viewers.  The RTV Marketing System can help all providers to set achievable goals and a path to success. Each photo shoot is different and can sometimes be challenging, but I believe with all of RTV’s extended learning classes that are FREE to me as a provider such as The Formula and The Image we can be very successful virtual tour company owners. Furthermore, RTV’s in house support staff and all of the other RTV providers out there that communicate in the social networks can help each other out too giving us more power then ever since we work as a community. All of this combined will lead to great opportunities for us all!

This past two weeks, I am proud to say I completed my first South Dakota Virtual Tour (Residential Real Estate) and I’m very excited to say that I’ve already got my first “Tour Track” order from RTV from one of their many national virtual tour accounts that they have.  Not only was I excited, but very nervous about being the “new kid on the block”.  I surely didn’t want to make any mistakes, but of course I did.  In the end, I’m glad I made those errors, for I have learned how to better prepare myself, look at things differently and become a more professional virtual tour provider.

As with any new business; it will take time to become known for my style, experience and dedication.  But as a RTV provider, I have no doubt that “Homes In The Midwest” a South Dakota Virtual Tour Company will become a main source for buyers and sellers of homes in our area…State perhaps!

RTV Sends YOU Virtual Tour Business

2008 was an incredible year for our Tour Track participants. RTV virtual tour providers all across the Continental United States and Hawaii took advantage of the Tour Track program in their area. Tour Track saw a very large increase in 2008, as well as securing 15 additional national accounts!!!

Participating providers were sent Tour Track dispatches for an array of assignments such as; virtual tours of real estate and commercial properties, city and downtown tours, and still-shot only packages for upscale housing. Many locations shot through Tour Track are top of the line apartment communities and beautifully decorated high priced homes. This gives photographers great samples to add to their website and portfolios with none of the leg work.

Here are some recent Tour Track provider testimonials:

“Tour Track jobs are very simple. You contact the client, set the appointment, shoot upload and get paid. There’s no soliciting, no sales calls, and no hassle… One particular client turned out to be a very reliable ongoing client. I’ve shot several of their new home communities for their internet marketing which helped me through the holiday season!”
~ Bob Busser

“I would like to give a big Thank You to RTV and their Tour Track Program. I was in corporate outside sales for more than 14 years and I can appreciate the value of a free lead — not just a lead, but actual orders. …Because of our work with the Tour Track program, I have received several leads for other business that I have closed for thousands of dollars in revenue to my company.”

Payouts range from $100 to $400 and can come with additional great perks such as gift certificates and tour credits. Tour Track is a vital part of RTV that has grown in tremendous volume since it began in 2005; we look forward to an even more prosperous year for our Tour Track participating providers in 2009.

Even in this time of economic instability and recession, our national photography service has become an ever-growing income stream for RTV and it’s providers. Because our customer base elects to use RTV because of our incredible quality in order to participate in the Tour Track program, providers must provide a link to a gallery showing samples of their still photography work.

Here’s to a prosperous and Touriffic 2009 for all of our Tour Track program participants!

If you are an RTV provider please submit your photo gallery link to Jacque@realtourvision.com.

Be Virtually There Virtual Tours

“We called in to RTV recently to find a local virtual tour provider in Marina Del Rey, California. We gave RTV dispatch our contact info and a short while later heard from Lawrence McBride with Be Virtually There (www.BeVirtuallyThere.com).

We are very pleased his work. He was knowledgeable, professional and both receptive & responsive to our particular needs for this job. We will very likely use him again in the future and will definitely recommend his services, as well as RTV, to others!”

Thanks again,
–Raymond from Keller Williams

Appreciate your Customers – A Tour Track Tale

RTV has a nationwide provider network to service our national accounts. Our Director of National Accounts (aka the Tour Track Fairy) Jacque is in charge of all these accounts and works with providers to fulfill the virtual tour orders. It is a stressful and demanding job. Sometimes it makes Jacque look like this:

Fortunately Jacque is always cool and level headed on the phone. Sometimes when she is done she runs out into the hallway mumbling incoherently. She’ll grab the first Team RTV employee she sees by the lapels and sob out, “focus…aaaaahwhydidn’ttheyfocus…waaaaa”.

Bless her heart. We love her.

We usually make her a cup of tea or sugar free hot chocolate, or give her some hummus with pretzels. It calms her right down.

The other day Jacque received a mysterious box in the mail. She opened it up to find a gift from Bob Plugger a virtual tour provider in Pleasanton, California. Bob loves working with Jacque, and appreciates all the Tour Track leads he gets so he sent her a little present.

It was perfect timing. The end of a month/beginning of a new month is rough with all the extra paperwork and his present was exactly what she needed. This is how Jacque looks now:

Calm, composed, chocolated.

She was kind enough to pass me some chocolate too, which inspired me to blog about it today. Besides, it is Friday.

The moral of my little story is to send RTV employees food remember to appreciate the people that you do business with. Even a phone call or card is a great way to let them know you enjoy working with them and appreciate them. And hey, if you can afford chocolates, cookie baskets, and personalized Wheaties boxes, then go for it.

And Bob, if you could find a way to send this homesick California girl a Ghirardelli hot fudge sundae I would really appreciate it.
