How long does the professional photography process take?
On average it takes 30 days or less. As long as you’re able to schedule the photography session with the professional photographer within a few weeks of placing the order, RTV will be able to deliver your images within that timeline.
How do I schedule the photography session?
The professional photographer assigned to your order will reach out to you shortly after your order is placed to set up a date and time that works with the bookings for that property and your schedule.
What if I need to reschedule my shoot?
We do understand that you may have a last minute booking but there is a rescheduling fee if you do not give the photographer at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled shoot date and time. That fee is equal to 50% of the total price of your order.
Are your photographers insured?
Yes, all of the photographers that we dispatch for shooting real estate and commercial orders are insured.
How will the photographer know what to take pictures of?
You will need to be present for the shoot and point out the main features of the property that you’d like the photographer to capture. Keep in mind the number of images included in the package you ordered.
I ordered additional panoramic images. Which spaces are best for those types of shots?
We suggest using panoramic images to show the spaciousness of on open floor plan or great room, or to feature a scenic view of the outdoor space on your property.
What is the advantage of having a virtual tour?
You will receive an email containing links for direct download of your images, code to embed your tour on websites and the URL of your virtual tour. All you have to do is save the zip file to your computer and extract the files to view them, embed the tour on your properties website using the provided embed code and share the url of your tour on your social media profiles
