When adding an user profile, you must use an email address that is unique in our system, otherwise you will get an error when trying to save:
- This email is already in use. Please try “Share User” feature. For assistance, please contact email@example.com
This usually happens when an agent has been previously set up either by another photographer, so you can use the Share User feature to pull the profile into your account so you can do projects for them as well:
Simply enter the email address and click Add, and the profile will show up in your list of users, then you can create a tour for them. Keep in mind that you will not be able to edit their information, you can only assign tours to them. If you need to edit their profile, please contact support and we can check and see if we need to edit them or possibly release the email so it can be used as regular agent account.
