*Important – The property owner or an owner assigned representative must be present for the photo shoot. If the owner cannot be present for the photo shoot, the owner will be responsible for providing a list of areas to be photographed a minimum of 1 business day prior to the scheduled photo shoot. If a list is not provided, the photographer will use their best judgment to provide imagery that will best represent the property. In the event the owner is absent during the photo shoot and a list has not been provided at least one business day prior to the shoot, neither the photographer nor RTV will be responsible for photos delivered of areas that may not have been desired or for photos of areas that may have been missed and no refunds will be issued. Owners may email lists of areas they would like photographed to beth@realtourvision.com more at least one business day prior to the scheduled photography session.
