The Best Virtual Tour Software Just Got Better

The Best Virtual Tour Software Just Got Better

It’s been a BIG year for us over here at RTV and things are only just beginning to heat up! The demand for interactive 3D virtual tours and video walkthrough style virtual tours continues to rise exponentially. While the RTV programmers pound out virtual tour software updates, our customers are spending less time working in the back end creating tours and delivering images. They’re earning more by monetizing new features and positioning themselves to dominate their local market like never before. Overall the numbers are up! The largest and most impactful virtual tour software updates are still to come before the end of this year. Get ready for our new photographer manager, an easier to use and faster virtual tour back end, and job scheduling/payment collection 2.0. We hope you’re ready to streamline everything A to Z with your virtual tour, aerial drone, and real estate photography business.

August 2020 Virtual Tour Software Updates Include:

YouTube Multi-Channel Support – We have recently gone live with our multi-channel support for our video ripper under the “Video Production / Promotion” section of your manager. Now real estate photographers using the Fusion system are able to upload images, panoramas, or full-motion videos and compile an MP4 for posting on their channel, the agent’s channel, and even the broker’s channel. To enable this feature, you will need to authorize the respective YouTube channel from within the agent level or broker level accounts within Fusion.

Enhanced Video & Audio Fade – If you are taking advantage of the “Video Production / Promotion” feature to create social media video files for your customers, you will love our new Audio & Video Fade that we’ve added throughout the video production. It makes for a much more professional look and feel, and a better overall video. Enjoy!

Improved SEO on Property Sites & Gallery Pages – Further advancements have been made to the new property websites as well as our updated virtual tour gallery pages. These modifications will help them rank better in the search engines when internet users search for a specific property address or business name. We highly encourage everyone to add their own virtual tour gallery to their website like so – https://www.bluelavamedia.com/tour-search/ This will introduce the search engine robots to your gallery page where each of your productions will be indexed, and in theory, rank better. Give us a call if you need advice or assistance adding this to your website.

Brush & Build Added – As you create new virtual tour and property website projects you will now see that we offer a Brush & Build service which is listed under additional services. The service allows our users to take photos, upload them to RTV where we edit them, create the project, and get everything ready to submit to the client. Our Brush & Build service starts out at $1.00 per still photo and $2.00 per panorama. Give us a call today to find out more and take it for a test drive!

Property Site Hero Pause – We have added a new feature that disables the video streaming in the hero section of the property website when a user scrolls down on their phone, device, or computer. This pausing of the video streaming opens up more bandwidth and computer resources for interactive content below the hero such as an embedded RTV Tour, Matterport, 4K Vimeo, Zillow 3D Home Tour, Floor Plans and more. When a user scrolls back up to the hero section of the property site, the streaming is resumed. Enjoy the better playback experience!

Double Affiliate Disabled – Most of our customers take full advantage of the affiliate section in Fusion. Why wouldn’t you attach your logo/brand on every production that you create? To not “Over Advertise”, we have disabled the affiliate from showing up on the virtual tour AND the property website at the same time when you embed your virtual tour into your property site. To see an example of this, check out some of the property sites over at https://tours.bluelavamedia.com/ Scroll down to the embedded virtual tour section and you’ll see that the affiliate is suppressed on the tour but shows on the property site. If you, however, use the play thumb option and open your RTV virtual tour into a new window, your affiliate logo will appear on both.

Enjoy the new virtual tour software updates.  As always, feel free to contact us with any questions that you may have.

Sincerely,

Jason & Team RTV
