The Job of a Virtual Tour

The Job of a Virtual Tour

The Virtual Tour can only do its job – that is create an actual showing of the home.  This is what the new Mobile Virtual Tour Technology accomplishes recently launched from RTV Virtual Tour Software Company– more viewers scheduling more visits to the home.

Its very exciting when you have several technologies available to help your Realtor® clients differentiate themselves from the pack.

Mark Ficklin and Jim Geldein of the Anne Craig Group of Arizona Best Realty, know the value of mobile technology in helping build a list of potential buyers for a specific home they’ve listed or for a number of properties they feel promote the quality homes they like to sell.  Using the Txt2Look Mobile website, Mark and Jim have ordered 12 specialized Rider Signs that contain a QR Code with the instructions  – SCAN HERE.

With a unique QR Code that takes the smart phone user back to Anne Craig Group mobile website, a potential buyer can see a virtual tour, photos and relevant MLS information for a specific home or a group of homes specifically selected by the agents.

The major advantage of this mobile website is that information regarding interest to the home is immediately texted or emailed to the agent for follow-up, thereby increasing the likelihood of a showing.  Mobile websites are $29.95 per month.

The main advantage of this type of technology is that the source of the tour viewing is captured in the weekly hit report, allowing the realtor to better schedule advertising and sources to advertise.  Mobile tours are included in the Virtual Tour.
