Client Appreciation Season

Client Appreciation Season

We all know how important it is to keep our virtual tour company name fresh in the minds of our clients. Throughout the year we send emails, newsletters, post cards, etc. advertising the benefits of RTV virtual tour technology, and marketing our new services. During the holiday season, don’t forget to take full advantage of this wonderful time of year to not only keep your name in front of them, but to also show your clients you truly appreciate their continued business.

Sending greeting cards during the holidays is a wonderful way of getting your name in front of your clients and letting them know you appreciate them; but you may also want to consider a face-to-face greeting in addition to a mailed greeting card. A great way to have the opportunity for that face-to-face is by being creative and putting together a small goodie package for each of your clients and then making personal deliveries. For example, I like to make cookies, fudge, candy, etc. and wrap them in colorful cellophane and tie them up with curly ribbon. Everyone appreciates homemade goodies, and the fact that they are hand delivered lets my clients know that their local North Dallas virtual tour provider is thinking about them this holiday season and personally appreciates them and their business. I have never had anyone too busy to personally accept homemade fudge!

I delivered my client goodie sacks this week and was thrilled with the experience. Not only did it make me feel good to give back to my clients, but during my visits I was given 2 virtual tour orders and was asked to give a quote on updating some photos for a few listings that have been on the market for a while. What a great day!
