Move.com applies a charge for each visual tour sent from RTV to these sites if the Realtor is a non-showcase member. The fee is waived if the Realtor is a showcase member with Move.com. RTV is billed monthly by Move.com for all visual tours sent that are non showcase and in turn, we charge our dealer at the end of the month for every new real estate tour they posted to Move.com.
All companies that post visual tours to the Move.com network of sites are charged to do so. Virtual tour companies that are not an approved PicturePath member are unauthorized to send visual tours to the Move.com network of sites.
