Create your own Floor Plans and 3D Walkthroughs

RTV Dealers may create their own 2D and 3D floor plans for specific virtual tours through an on-line application located within the Tour Management System. Dealers may also order an upgrade for their 2D floor plans to convert them to a 3D walkthrough. The fees associated with these services must be paid in full at the time of purchase in accordance with the Billing Policy. RTV fees are subject to change from time to time. Once an order has been placed for a floor plan or a 3D walkthrough tour, it cannot be cancelled.

2D and 3D Floor Plans – Create your own

Dealers are responsible for drawing their own floor plans and submitting them through the RTV supplied web application. The Dealer is responsible for the accuracy of all floor plans. By using the floor plan application and purchasing this service, the Dealer acknowledges and accepts that any and all floor plans created through the RTV supplied web application are intended for general viewing or indicative purposes only. Floor plans created through the RTV supplied web application are not intended to be scale drawings and measurements, and areas quoted are approximate, regardless of whether or not a disclaimer appears on the drawing. It is the Dealer’s responsibility to review all floor plans to ensure that floor plans are an accurate representation of the property. RTV accepts no liability for any error, omission, or inadvertent misstatement in a floor plan. Please see the limitation of liability policy set forth below.

3D Walkthroughs – Upgrade from 2D Floor Plans

By purchasing a tour and/or creating a floor plan through RTV, the Dealer acknowledges and accepts that upgrades to the 3D walkthrough tours are created through RTV’s supplied web application based upon the information the Dealer supplies within the 2D floor plan. This includes but is not limited to the positioning of walls, stairs, windows, doors, and kitchen and bathroom fittings. RTV will use reasonable care to ensure that the 3D walkthrough is delivered to the Dealer’s satisfaction. The Dealer accepts that the decorative state shown within a 3D walkthrough tour is not necessarily representative of that property's current decorative state. The Dealer accepts that fitted items, design and color included in the 3D walkthrough tour, such as wall and floor materials, kitchen and bathroom furniture/fittings, and light fittings, are not necessarily representative of the current state of the property. It is the Dealer’s responsibility to review all 3D walkthrough tours supplied to ensure it is an accurate representation of the property.

Limited Liability

RTV warrants that it will use reasonable care in providing the offered services. All other warranties express or implied are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any liability RTV may have (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) shall be limited to the total fees paid by the Dealer under this agreement. RTV shall not be liable to the Dealer or to any third party for any loss of profits, loss of sales, loss of turnover, loss of use, or corruption of data or software, or for any indirect, consequential, or special loss. RTV does not guarantee that any of its walkthrough tours will be viewable on any particular computer system.

In the event of a dispute regarding the quality of floor plans or walkthrough tours provided to the Dealer, RTV may, at its sole discretion, elect to provide an additional floor plan or walkthrough tour or offer a full refund of any monies paid. Such action is not an admission of liability on the part of RTV.

Sketch & Fax Service for 2D & 3D Floor Plans

Dealers may submit Sketch and Fax Service orders by faxing their floor plans sketched on graph paper or using the Sketch and Fax Graph Paper Template downloaded from the RTV website to RTV at 231-947-4248 or by forwarding them electronically to info@realtourvision.com .

All floor plan drawings must be finalized prior to submission to RTV. No changes will be taken over the phone. If a modification is required (i.e. adding a new room not on the original sketched submission), customer shall resubmit a sketch noting changes and a $5.00 fee modification fee will be charged.

If a correction is required based on an error or oversight by RTV, RTV will make the necessary changes at no cost to the customer.

Payment for this service must be made in full by credit card at the time of placement of the order.

Once the order has been placed, the customer shall receive their floor plan within (2) business days.

2D Floor Plans - Full Service

RTV offers a Full Service floor plan service where a contracted individual will come to the residence or commercial site and take all the measurements and develop a 2D floor plan for delivery to the Dealer.

RTV will schedule a measure date at the request of the Dealer. RTV will send an email confirmation of the measure date to the customer. The service technician performing the measure will call customer between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM on the measure date to confirm a 2 to 3 hour time window.

For new construction or unfurnished residences, the door can be left open or a lock box combination may be provided to the service technician for accessing the property. For all other sites, a customer representative must be present at the site to provide access to the service technician and must remain on site until the measurements have been completed.

RTV will charge a trip charge of $30 if the customer representative does not show up during the scheduled appointment window or cancels/reschedules at the door.

Floor plans will generally be available online within (2) two business days after the measure.

Payment for this service must be made in full by credit card at the time order is placed.

RTV Full Service Floor Plan services are not available in all locations.
