Unlimited IHD V-Slide Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your unlimited V-Slide account with RTV, Inc you must submit a request to RTVAdmin@realtourvision.com stating your name and contact information on the account to be cancelled. Cancellation requests must be submitted by an authorized contact for your account.

Please note, once unlimited package has been cancelled, your V-Slides will be automatically archived at the end of billing cycle. You may then create additional V-Slides at the cost of a virtual tour credit.

Your V-Slide account is prepaid quarterly or annually and you MUST cancel before completion of your billing period or your credit card will be charged once again.  No refunds are given once your credit card has been charged and you will have until the end of the next billing cycle to use your V-Slide module.

This cancellation policy applies to the RTV unlimited IHD V-Slide services only. V-Slides created via use of a virtual tour credit never expire.
