RTV releases TMS 2.0

Tour Management System (TMS) is the framework from which all 360 virtual tours are deployed from. It is the backbone of the entire system and it is where all virtual tour back office work takes place. Without a solid TMS, RTV would simply be another shelf product on the market unable to withstand any amount of volume virtual tour ordering. Because of the TMS our virtual tour photographers are able to photograph, compile, upload and publish between 8-10 virtual tours daily. To date RTV has the World's largest active virtual tour photographer network and a great team of accomplished engineers.

May 2007 Technology Updates

RTV announces the new flash viewer! The flash viewer will nearly guarantee that everyone looking at RTV virtual tours will be able to see them. This update gives our virtual tour providers a BIG one up over all other technologies deploying only one viewing method. Our flash viewer will currently default to opening in java mode which supports optical correction of the images and keeps them from appearing warped or bowed. Once viewing the tour if you have both flash and java on your machine you will be able to toggle between the two views. If you only have one or the other our page will automatically feed you the viewing mode that your computer supports! That’s touring made easy.

Some of our customers may want the tour to open directly into flash mode while others will want the tour to open in java mode. Our new TMS scheduled to be released soon will allow our tour builders to establish virtual tour defaults and set which mode they would prefer the tours to default to. Either way RTV is always staying ahead of the curve and allowing our customers to have the tour their way. Quite possibly the best feature that the flash player brings to the table for RTV users and tour builders is its very compact size and lightning fast load speed. The flash viewer will also provide a great base to work off of for many new upcoming technology releases over the next few months so stay tuned!

May 2007 Statistical Update

The following statistics are from the National Association of Realtors

- 84% of Realtors have personal website or plan to have one
- 77.1% of all Realtors own a digital camera
- Home sales are expected to top 7.7 million in 2007
- 173,281 Realtors own virtual tour software (There are roughly 1.3 million Realtors)
- 228,836 realtors plan to purchase digital cameras this year

New Tour Inventory Pages are released!

RTV has released the all new 2007 Tour Inventory Pages. They are now database driven and scalable for our future technology releases. All Tour Inventory pages are accessed by clicking on the "Visit My Tour Gallery" button on any real estate tour or accessed by doing a search for Realtors on the RTV home page. The new tour inventory pages are much nicer looking and match the look and feel of the new RTV corporate website. Click here to see a sample. The new and improved tour inventory pages pull tour details from our servers and display them in an orderly fashion on the page. The virtual tour details that pull up include the tour Thumbnail, City, State, Zip, and a link to view the virtual tour. Soon the Tour Inventory Pages will include MLS data info from the tours as well.

RTV Signs on 19 NEW national accounts with
Tour Track program!!!

The RTV Tour Track System is a very simple way for our National accounts to order tours from the world's largest virtual tour dealer network. Our custom programmed Tour Track program allows our clientele to log into their account, place an order for a virtual tour, and then our system takes it from there and sends the order to our best virtual tour photographer in the area. The client can then monitor progress on the tour order directly from their account until tour delivery.

Business Startup CD 2007 Is Coming Soon!

It is no secret that everyone at RTV virtual tour company has been enthusiastically working to bring their dealers the newest and best in virtual tour technology. But, meanwhile, behind the scenes RTV has been working on some secret plans with a marketing company to give their dealers even more leverage against the competition!

The marketing company has completely redone the already extensive business start-up CD in an entirely new format to include new up-to date marketing materials, current statistical documentation, a quick start marketing program, pre-made brochures, flyers, postcards, business cards, customer newsletters and much more! All of the new marketing material is specifically designed for RTV dealers to increase customer base and keep customers coming back for more! The Business Startup 2007 CD is on track to be completed by mid April.

RTV Launches New Corporate Website!

We are very proud to have gone live with our new corporate website as of February 21st! The new RTV Corporate Website has a great look and feel to it and we have made things very simple for ordering virtual tours, establishing national accounts and making connections with our dealers.

We will be rolling out many new products off our website in the days to come so please check in often! For starters you will notice that we now offer our new and improved 3D Technology. Please take some time to visit that section. RTV now employs one of the world's best animators and our 3D Technology is ready and available. Most 3D Animation projects are several thousand dollars to complete from start to finish and most Interactive 3D objects will begin around two thousand dollars per project.

We have added a new section on the website called our Tour Gallery. We will be using our tour gallery much like a Virtual Tour Hall of Fame. We hope to update our tour gallery frequently so feel free to check there often.
