Choice Hotels Approved Dealer Program

RTV, Inc has now partnered with Choice Hotels International as one of its Qualified Vendors. Choice Hotels International is one of the largest and most successful lodging franchisors in the world. Built on the foundation of the venerable Quality Inn brand a pioneer in consistent mid-priced lodging, Choice Hotels today is the worldwide franchisor of Cambria Suites, Comfort Inn, Comfort Suites, Quality, Sleep Inn, Clarion, MainStay Suites, Suburban Extended Stay Hotel, Econo Lodge, and Rodeway Inn brand hotels.

Every year Choice Hotels International considers hundreds of potential partnerships with vendors from around the globe. Choice considers the following criteria for potential partnerships:

1. Ability to provide national or regional distribution, or service.
2. Competitive pricing.
3. Strong experience with, and excellent references from, hospitality clients.
4. A proven track record of successful business operation and financial stability.
5. Ability to take orders directly from our over 5,000 hotels via the Internet.
6. Standards and systems in place for continuous improvement.

RTV is proud to announce that Choice Hotels International has chosen our network of virtual tour dealers to service their chain of hotel brands. Only Choice Hotel international approved vendors may perform services at any of their locations of 10 brands of hotels. Choice Hotel corporate will not accept photographs or virtual tours from any service provider that is not on their highly selective list of approved vendors. This gives you, as a RTV Full-Service dealer, an extremely competitive edge in your local market.

Starting in January 2009, Choice Hotels will begin placing hundreds of orders for professional photography and virtual tours with our Tour Track program.

The Preferred Vendors Program is highly selective. All Choice Hotels International orders are processed through RTV’s Tour Track department and are assigned only to Choice Hotels International Qualified Dealers based on the location of the eligible full-service dealer.

Not all dealers will qualify. Please read all of the information in the Choice Hotels Program information packet to find out more about specific requirements and how to apply for Choice Hotels International preferred vendor status through RTV, Inc.

If you have received a pre-approval email, please complete your packet as soon as possible and return with all required documentation as soon as possible.

Get Started in Two Steps:

Step 1. Download the Choice Hotels Program information packet complete the application and email it with all required documentation to ChoiceHotels@realtourvision.com or fax to (231) 947 - 4248.

Step 2. If you have received written confirmation of approval via email from Team RTV you will begin to receive Tour Track dispatches for Choice Hotels International locations in your area as soon as we receive your completed application.
