Therein lies the primary difference between one of our custom 3D Animation projects and a real estate virtual tour. All of our real estate virtual tours require a photographer on site whereas our 3D Animations do not.
Real Estate 3D Animation means the location can be an actual location, a location under construction, a planned location in development, or a location under design. 3D animations play like a movie and are not interactive. The viewer watches the 3D animation but cannot control it.
One of the most popular uses of a 3D animation is for real estate development projects. A 3D animation allows a realtor to showcase a building or community while it is under development or in the planning stages. This is also useful for city planners, construction companies, architects, and home buyers. The 3D animation is created using your blueprints, floor plans, photographs, design concepts, and technical specifications. A 3D animation specialist uses your information and creates the 3D animation using a combination of special software and state of the art drawing.
