I moved up to Stuart a couple of years ago from Ft. Lauderdale to get away from all the hustle and bustle. Knowing the area where I wanted to be, I looked on the mls and other areas of the web.

I loved pictures of the houses, but a virtual tour, well, that was a bonus. I didn’t even bother to look at a home without anything visual.

I am a graphic designer by trade and love it, so as time went by and a familiarized myself with my new beautiful town, my real estate agent hired me to do some ads and postcards for her. I was happy with that but I wanted to broaden my scope and get into something in addition to graphics. I offered to to take pictures for her of her listings, I asked her about virtual tours and if she used them, etc. She said that she didn’t use them but that she thought it was an invaluable tool for marketing real estate.

This sounded like a great new business opportunity. It would also enable me to go to different places and meet different people, and since I love to socialize and love diversity, I thought that would be perfect.

Last September, I looked at several different companies and found Real Tour Vision. My salesperson was great to talk to and was very helpful. I loved the quality of the virtual tours and the support they offer. So far, I have many happy clients and have been having a great time. I also enjoy doing business virtual tours as well as more and more are getting their own websites and want to show as much as they can to potential clients. I have a couple of big jobs coming up!

Last week my agent friend and her partner from Remax hired me to do a virtual tour for a high end condo downtown overlooking the water. Being in a market slump, they wanted to really promote this property as the seller has high expectations. In addition to my 360 virtual tour, they got extra creative and were able to get the local news from two different major channels to come and cover a staged cocktail party they put on, showing off the beautiful rooftop balcony and view. I actually got on TV and their broker sent an email to all 65 or so of the agents in their office what a great job we all did. GREAT PR!
