Show Them Your Stuff!

Our Realtors appreciate that we send “360 tour preparation tips” to homeowners to help them prepare for the appointment. A new client was so impressed by our virtual tour technology and customer service that he now brings his laptop to listing appointments and shows potential clients the 360 tours he offers on all of his listings. It blows the competition away, which helps him blow his competition away. We have done 2 more virtual tours since that first. Your success is our success, and we take your listings’ appearance as seriously as you do. At Real Tour Vision we are all your local online marketing experts helping you look your very best online…and off!

Greetings from France!!!

I was so excited when my Real Tour Vision equipment arrived. After getting my nodal point approved from the RTV on staff Lens Engineer I rushed over to Cannes, the next town over, to catch the last day of the Cannes Film Festival. I shot miscellaneous 360 virtual tours around the red carpet area and along the beach & inside the vendor’s section. I was looking forward to using them as my first practice virtual tours.

It wasn’t until after I returned home that I discovered that I had set my camera to the highest resolution…instead of the lowest. My camera is new and automatically resets to the factory defaults every time you change the batteries or turn it off. I was so sad that the festival was over and I thought none of my pans would work in the Real Tour Vision virtual tour software. Thank you so much to the guys and gals in the training department who taught ways to correct that mistake and helped me make that all work out. I now check very carefully before I begin shooting. But it’s nice to know that, at least in some cases, there are options when you make a mistake.

Merci beaucoup !

I’ve been working with a Realtor that loves my virtual tour company’s work. She asked me to make a 360 tour on one of her listings, in the 10 million dollar range. This house was going to be furnished in a couple of weeks. Needless to say she could not wait for the home to be furnished she called me and decided that I do a virtual tour of the home unfurnished and later do one with the home furnished. A Buyers market is the best market for Virtual Tours. Realtors need to sell their listings and show the seller all their efforts for the selling of the property.

All the Realtors I deal with tell me how great our Virtual Tours are and love how I get back to them the next day. All this is because we work with the BEST Virtual Tour Company out there. Real Tour Vision helps us providers achieve the best customer service and quality of work, so our customers are satisfied and happy about the money they are investing in order to expose and sell their listings. I hear is all the time, and I’m glad I decided to go with Real Tour Vision.

Ok, so last week I had to call Jason to order some more virtual tour credits and must have caught him after hours or maybe at lunch as I got his voice mail. The funny thing is that he was so on top of returning the call that you could still hear my message going on in the background when he called me back. He might have a different version of the story- something about my forever long message breaking records for length and duration… but that’s just his version. :O)

Anyway, he just couldn’t help but to boost my ego bragging to me about how well things must be going in that I’m already in need of my second batch of tours in such a short amount of time. I just started my own virtual tour company a few months ago as a spin off from another side business I was doing creating the 360 tours for agents using a competing virtual tour company and paying a monthly hosting fee. Hence the reason I had to get into business for myself- to create a means to the end of the dreaded monthly fees, or at least one of them!

As a Realtor myself, I can relate to many of the issues and concerns agents have as well as to accentuate the features and selling points in the homes I shoot. Which is really what it all boils down to and has helped attribute to my success: living by the Golden Rule, to get it done yesterday or as close to it as humanly possible and then from those words spoken by my daddy growing up: “If you’re going to do something, do it right the first time.”

I always hated going back and doing it again so I always try to leave feedback for the listing agent regarding the condition of the home, the price, the neighborhood or anything else that stands out. It’s not brain surgery~ it’s marketing in the age of technology and I can’t wait to see all the great things that are still to come out this summer from RTV! I have a feeling great things are going to come that will really make waves for us all. I am very happy with my decision to use Real Tour Vision and doing it right the first time makes it all that much better!

Thanks RTV!
